Biting Flame is a primitive fired ceramic stoneware.
The piece was painted with slip and low fired with raw materials to enhance color flashing on the ceramic surface.
Biting Flame was featured and sold to a private collector at the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati, Ohio
